NOMADIC MIND — IN MOTION

How do you visualise a mind that refuses to stay in one place? A digital illustration exploring intellectual nomadism, inspired by Kenneth White’s writings. — A state of constant movement between ideas, places and possible lives. A suitcase becomes both vehicle and interior space, carrying fragments of memory, experience and imagination. The project turns an abstract state of mind into a physical journey.

Developed from intuitive sketches on the iPad to a refined digital illustration on desktop.
Custom brush work and risograph-inspired textures were used to introduce tactility and an archival quality, contrasting the vastness of the imagined space.
