The Dionysian Divide is a conceptual illustration inspired by Greek vase painting, visualizing the human tension between ecstasy and restraint.
At its base, figures anchor the structured Dionysian cult, while two figures dance atop: a golden figure embodying surrender and a turquoise-aqua figure representing cautious reflection.
The illustration has been transformed into a conceptual poster, creating an imagined “event space” with the symbolic date XI / II and the call-to-action “Which side will you choose?”.
demonstrates how conceptual artwork can extend into practical applications for exhibitions, editorial layouts, or inspirational spaces, while engaging viewers in reflection on choice and balance.
The divide awaits. Thanks for looking.
