This poster was created as a pitch for Lège-Cap-Ferret’s opening Fête du Village, a lively summer festival on the Atlantic coast. The brief asked for a street poster that would read from a distance, feel like a friendly neighbourhood invite, and celebrate music, food, and community.
I centered the composition on a communal table: people sharing food and wine, musicians in the background, under a night sky that’s both intimate and festive. The design uses a limited, high-contrast palette (deep navy, warm oranges, whites and blues) and mixes flat areas with subtle halftone texture to keep it lively in print. Hand-lettered type adds a familiar, local touch, while simplified figures make the scene inclusive and timeless.
Status: Submitted as a festival pitch (not selected for printing). Included here to showcase concept thinking for cultural and public campaigns.
